Had our high risk doctor visit on Monday where they measure the babies and check all the organs. The girls are doing great and measuring right on schedule. They are both 1 lb :) The above pictures aren't great but the first picture of baby A captures her yawning!! I'm loving my girls!
They also did a cervical check...the cervix has shortened but it is still within the normal range. WHEWWWW. There is a slight bit of funneling at the top because one of the babies is really low and her head is right on my cervix...ouch. So everytime she moves she kicks the cervix and bladder. The best news is that the fetal fibronectin (fFN) test was negative!! That is a test were the doctor swabs the upper part of the vagina near the cervix and tests for an enzyme that is realeased when a woman is about to go into labor. It is 99% accurate for within a 2 week range. We are excited that things are going so well. Jen
