It is a rainy week-end here in Fort Worth and finally time I updated my blog! My aunties and cousin were in town for 1 week and it was so much fun. They watched the girls at night so that Dave and I could sleep...glorious sleep. Thanks auntie's Margaret, Brenda, and Sydney--miss you so much!! And also my mom...nothing like Grandma time!! Let's see...Emma and Lily started smiling and giggling. Emma started rolling over!! Sleeping is still not their favorite activity..so mom and dad are looking forward to that happening soon--I'm hoping for a 5 hour stretch...right now Lily sleeps for 3 hours MAX at night. Emma for 4.
On a sad note, my beloved 12 year old dog Hannah is not doing so great. She was diagnosed with emphysema recently and the medication for it caused her to go into liver failure...she is feeling better but now we can't give her anything to help her lungs so she coughs constantly and wheezes. I was going to put her down this week-end but she has perked up a bit and her cough is a tiny bit better. It is so hard!! This dog has been with me through some tough times and I love her so much...she thinks the babies are her puppies and tends to them with face licks when they cry...so cute. The pictures show her babysitting...love Jen
